今年第26号台风“凤凰”已于11月9日凌晨加强为超强台风级，9日11时其中心位于菲律宾马尼拉偏东方向大约335公里的西北太平洋洋面上。

预计，“凤凰”强度还将有所增强，最强可达55～62米/秒，16级～17级以上，9日夜间在菲律宾吕宋岛东部沿海登陆，穿过吕宋岛后强度明显减弱。
随后将于10日中午前后移入南海东部海面，强度略有增强，11日开始逐渐转向北偏东方向移动，趋向台湾岛西南部沿海，强度迅速减弱。

记者从玉林市气象局获悉，11月10日以后，受台风“凤凰”外围的偏北气流和弱冷空气影响，玉林市由阴雨转多云到晴天气，宜晾晒， 农民朋友也可以抓住好天气进行晚稻收割及部署沙田柚采收计划。
具体预报如下：11月10日至14日，全市晴到多云，最低气温17～19℃，最高气温25～26℃，东北风2级。
本周昼夜温差大，白天晴暖，大部最高气温在“2”字头，早晚气温则逐渐走低，只有“1”字头，老人、小孩等体质较弱人群别盲目“秋冻”，要做好颈、腹、脚等部位保暖。近段时间气温变化较快，建议大家采取“洋葱式穿搭”，适时增减衣物，谨防感冒。
